I can't establish an Wifi connection on my Asus Zenbook UX305.
And I don't know how to turn off the airplane modus on the Laptop.
Can somebody help me? Thank you.
What Wifi card does your laptop have? The command 'lspci', executed in a terminal would tell. It is possible (even probable) that it does not work without proprietary software (proprietary firmware, to be more precise). If so, you would have to either replace that card or to acquire a USB adapter. ThinkPenguin guarantees that Linux-libre supports the hardware it sells: http://libre.thinkpenguin.com
You probably have the Intel 7265 wireless chip with that Zenbook UX305, which I do not think will run without the proprietary Intel driver. As Magic Banana said, you might want to look into a wifi USB card. ThinkPenguin sells some with the Atheros AR9271 chipset that will run with the libre-linux kernel. You can also look at other online shops for a USB wifi dongle with Atheros AR9271 - ebay sells a lot of them. I've also found them at my local discount computer parts stores, if you need one fast you can call around and ask.
Any non-Atheros WLAN adapters do have free/libre drivers. What is lacking is free/libre firmware. The free/libre drivers don't work without non-free firmware.
If it's impossible to replace the WLAN adapter with an Atheros one, purchase one AR9271 can be a workaround. The "firmware-ath9k-htc" is free/libre.
Thank you so much for your comments.
My Network controller: Intel Corporation Wireless 7265
Yes, that's why. Your WiFi card needs proprietary software in order to operate, which Trisquel doesn't provide.
If you don't want to open the computer to replace the WiFi card an easy option is getting a USB WiFi like this one, which does not need proprietary software:

The FSF has given it their "Respects Your Freedom" certification: http://fsf.org/ryf
thank you very much for your advice:)
