Their graphic has a lot of funny detail: https://www.openbsd.org/images/sixdotsix.gif
OpenBSD 6.6 introduced a new unattended upgrade method -- sysupgrade. Run syspatch to install if on OBSD 6.5 and then do the upgrade.

I tried it on my Thinkpad: it works and saves the trouble of creating a USB thumb drive with the new kernel.
SYSUPGRADE(8) System Manager's Manual SYSUPGRADE(8)
NAME
sysupgrade - upgrade system to the next release or a new snapshot
SYNOPSIS
sysupgrade [-fkn] [-r | -s] [installurl]
DESCRIPTION
sysupgrade is a utility to upgrade OpenBSD to the next release or a new
snapshot if available.
sysupgrade downloads the necessary files to /home/_sysupgrade, verifies
them with signify(1), and copies bsd.rd to /bsd.upgrade.
sysupgrade by default then reboots the system. The bootloader will
automatically choose /bsd.upgrade, triggering a one-shot upgrade using
the files in /home/_sysupgrade.
OpenBSD 6.6 has dropped Seamonkey. There's yle-dl, a script to download TV programs and streams from the national broadcasting company YLE.
