Do you mean that you have a VPN and need to download a VPN client, or
that you don't have a VPN and want one?

You should not have to buy a program. You might buy a subscription to a
VPN, and that VPN might have a client you can download, but those are
two separate steps.

Libreboot is your BIOS. You generally won't have to interact with it,
and it is not relevant to software compatibility. Your operating system
is Trisquel GNU/Linux. That can matter for software compatibility.

Can you help me understand what you are trying to do? Have you
previously used a VPN with another operating system and want to do the
same thing with Trisquel? Have you never used a VPN before and want
start using one? Have you already subscribed to a VPN and need help with
configuration?
