SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 2 WITHOUT KIERS

I have recently bought a samsung galaxy to try and use my free softwear laptop and get rid of my iphone and mac,
however i cant seem to upload music onto my samsung phone without their kiers softwear and iv tried manually uploading music but samsung seem to crash banshee or come up with a crazy error messsage everytime.
are there any alternatives to kier or is there a loop hole? any suggestions would be appreciated!!

i haven’t tried uploading music on the galaxy note 2 before
without Replicant being installed(your still running the Samsung non-free android Distro)
so there may be some restrictions with accessing certain files on the system as its not rooted but i think
there should be a way to copy music onto it without using samsungs software
so my solution is basicly give it me for half a hour and i will probably find a solution

also turn usb debugging on in the phone.
