[Support] Stuck in a Login Loop

I have installed Trisquel 6.0 three times now and experienced the same error described here: https://trisquel.info/en/forum/odd-login-fail-problem
I log in with the correct user id and pass but the screen flashes to black and I'm thrown back to the login screen. The first time I logged into my user account I actually got as far as the desktop for a second or two before I was logged out.
I have tried my best to research the issue but I cannot find a remedy. I've also updated all my packages and upgraded the kernel to 3.5 through the terminal.
Like in the thread I mentioned, I logged into the terminal and tried:
$ startx
but it returned:
$ startx: command not found
Should I be concerned about this!? I'm not sure how to interpret these error logs but I'll post some I think may be relevant.
Here is my hardware (lshw output):

Here is my xOrg error log:

Here is my xsession-errors log:

This is my first time asking for support on this forum, is there anything else I should include that can help to diagnose the problem.
I have had small problems that were solved through the support offered on the Trisquel IRC (thank you) but I think this calls for a thread topic.
Thank you for your help. :)
[Support] in the subject line really isn't necessary.
I'm not pro nor a guru here, but here's my 50 cents.
1. "$ startx: command not found"
This means you don't have xinit / xauth programs available. (re)Install them and the message should change.
2. Your xorg error log suggests you don't have xfonts-base installed either, which would provide basic fonts for X.
3. Your xsession-errors seems quite lengthy. Try fixing the above errors and see if you get less warnings.
fourth, you might want to double-check your user's /home is read-writable by that user.
Thank you for the advice. I followed your instructions excepting the last one because I don't know how to do it just yet (I'm learning), but I still have the issue.
1. Resolved somewhat. I now get the same error as the first thread about this issue.
2. Remains
3. Like you predicted the xsession-errors log is now a bit leaner.
Good news! I successfully installed a working Trisquel 6.0 system. I tried my sixth install through the text mode rather than the graphical installer and I've not encountered the login loop yet. I still have no idea what caused the issue, but could someone tell if my post was informative enough to have solved the issue.
Did I provide the right information or should I have included some other error log that I was unaware of? Any advice on how I could have made a better support request?
Perhaps I'm just impatient.
Thank you anyway.
Congratulations for your persistence. No idea what the problem was.
