Is there a program for GNU that resembles the Privacy Browser for Android

I really like the Privacy Browser. How it's really configurable but also very beginner friendly, easy to use as well as having a "guide" in the settings which actually teaches you a lot about what the different settings does.
I also like how easy it is keep "everything" off (like Javascript, minimal user agent information, cookies (both first-party and third-party) etc) and then easily change settings or one domain like for example the domain you're currently visiting.
I know this is probably easy to achieve by using a set of addons. But is there any browser for GNU that's similar to Privacy Browser in that there's really no need for any addons because the browser is so dope to begin with? Anybody know?

I've recently been playing around with qutebrowser. I haven't had time to sit down and figure out everything it's capable of, but it seems to have a lot of functionality built-in for which when using Firefox derivatives I rely on addons:
- Vim-like keybindings.
- Ad blocking
are the default behavior.
- JavaScript disabled globally, with ability to temporarily or permanently allow JS on a per-domain basis
is not the default behavior, but can be configured this way in the settings.
- HTTPS Everywhere functionality
is not available yet, but it looks like they're working on it.[1]
The one thing I still need to figure out is whether it's possible to make YouTube links automatically open in Invidious.
