We're looking to hire a new web developer (contract) to upgrade our web site which is built on Drupal and Ubercart. If anybody is interested see the post I made about it here:

Upon successful completion if things go well we'll probably want to start working on a new site so there is future opportunity here even though the initial job may be on the smaller side.
I don't know much about CMSs, but have you considered Typo3? I hear it's Enterprise Grade stuff.
