Hi
i just want to help to tranlate the website but the translate options isn't active for me.
i sent an email to translate mailing list and asked for be considered as a translator but it seems that mailing list is also not active.
do you have any idea? what should i do?

Contact quidam on IRC? Try the Contact link in the sidebar on the left?

Find three translators (you and two others), translate some parts, and then contact quidam on IRC.
