Trisquel error when starting OS

I recently updated my Liberboot x200 to the latest version Corny Calamity. However when i press load the OS i get this error (https://streamable.com/jvznbf) Then it takes about a minute before i can get to the LUKS password screen to put in my code. How can i fix this issue? This only seems to happen with Trisquel other distros( Ubuntu and Debian) i tried i don't have this issue.

Try updating your grub. Might help after installing a new version of Libreboot/Canoeboot/GNUboot. sudo apt update-grub

With gnuboot, I had a long wait time before I can type the LUKS password at boot for Trisquel, while I did not have such problem with Parabola. After I installed linux-libre from the freesh repository (like explained at https://www.fsfla.org/ikiwiki/selibre/linux-libre/freesh.en.html), the wait time is about 1 to 2 seconds. So maybe you could try this.
EDIT: If you install linux-libre, try the SeaBIOS option to boot, it was usually faster for me.
