I downloaded Uruk GNU/Linux and it seems so pretty to my eyes. And in contrast to Trisquel font rendering is so awesome.

Uruk looks really nice and beautiful. I like it.
The first post never shows thumbnails, so here's one screenshot again, in all its glory. I'm a fan of flat design. Compare Uruk with Cuba's Nova 2015.
Current release of Uruk GNU/Linux Uruk 1.0 is based on trisuqel 7.0 / Ubuntu 14.04 LTS. It features Linux Kernel 4.2, VLC Media Player, MATE Desktop ..etc. Uruk GNU/Linux is looking great with flat theme.
First version of Uruk comes 2 year after release of base distributions. So, it is yet to be seen that, how much they can keep with the flow.
More screenshots of Uruk 1.0 are available here
I have to say - it looks great. Alij, would it be possible to have a link for that nice gtk theme?
EDIT: forget about it, I made meself a better one.
Mangy: it seems to me your fonts don't display very well.
Try setting "hinting=slight" and "subpixel order=RGB" and see if they improve a bit.
Eagle eyes!
