Hi all!
I just wanted to try out a real free OS.
I use Amd64 so I down loaded 5.0amd64 and made a
bootable USB, to start testing Trisquel.
When my machine starts booting it stops realy quickly
with message:
SYSLINUX 3.63 Debian-2008-07-15 CBIOSBoot error
My USB-disk was created properly according to Ubuntu.
What do I do to make it boot properly?
This is the way I want to go so I realy want it up and running.
Many thanks!
Marcux
Did you use the USB-creator to create bootable ussb disk? What OS and version were you using?
Sorry, I did not read the doc properly!
I did not realise that the Cd was live boot.
So I burned my cd and I am up and running.
This is my OS and just free software, I realy like it.

You can make a live USB too:
System -> Administration -> USB startup disk creator
Sorry for the possibly erroneous translation but you get the idea. ;-)
I've also gotten this error with USB booting.
I think I found the reason. First, some computers do not support booting from USB. Also some USB sticks don't work for booting either. I've found its trial and error which USB drives will work for booting and which won't.
