Hey everyone,

Not sure if it would be OK to post these in the "Free Software" sections, but since people here usually enjoy websites that work well without JS, and some folks don't use Torrents for a number of reasons, I thought these would be nice to share:

www.mobiletvshows.net
www.tvshows4mobile.com

First one has better quality episodes but less content available. Anyway, you don't need either cookies or JS enabled. There is no "HD" content there, only SD, but that is OK for many users as episodes are also smaller to download (saving bandwidth, time, etc).

Hope this helps other folks :)

No problem. I was wondering if anyone was even interested at all :)

Usually whenever I find a website that works well without JS (or with only the main website allowed in NoScript, as a small compromise) I make sure to save the website as a favorite.
These were nice because not only you don't need JS but the files are also small enough to not be a burden on my network or the Tor network itself, while still being proper quality (not 3gp stuff that is like 10fps an such).

I wouldn't bother with low quality versions of shows. You can watch many shows in excellent quality on official websites. Today I found out that I can download from PBS's website using hypervideo (youtube-dl fork) and streamlink and they have quite a lot of shows. The excellent "Wolf Hall" is available in different qualities up to 1080P (I downloaded another show from PBS in 540P and it looked great so I would recommend to try that quality first and if needed use higher qualities like 720P).

A list of some (UK?) shows on PBS can be found here:

https://www.pbs.org/wgbh/masterpiece/shows/

You can search your favorite search engine for links to specific episodes.

With some effort subtitles can also be downloaded as is described here:

Disagree, if its in 360P or higher, I am interested.

I think I understand your position, and those are indeed valuable options to have, thanks for sharing. In the past I would not watch "pirated" content, so having legal ways to watch it was indeed a major concern for me.
Given my current stand, I think the websites I shared were good founds. I hope other people enjoy them.
