Around this Sept to this October I already have urged for Qt5-IceEngine that liberates semi-nonfree Qt5-WebEngine that has Flash issues, then I try to update our LightSpark that will also be required by Qt5-IceEngine. Aside Flash issues what nonfree modules and nonfree codecs are also recommended by semi-nonfree Chromium, Electron, Blink, and finally Qt5-WebEngine? What yet to be liberated to get our Qt5-IceEngine done?
This time if I upgrade Marble then my works on OpenStreetMap will be interrupted till Qt5-IceEngine is done. Falkon and BibleTime are also urging for our Qt5-IceEngine.
Searching on https://doc.qt.io/qt-5/ for "IceEngine" does not return anything relevant. What are you talking about?
Qt5-IceEngine is not a current project, but has been before stated on my threads here, https://trisquel.info/en/forum/openbsd-kernel-free-software, do you remember?
Qt5-IceEngine is my planning project like GNUzilla, but liberates semi-nonfree Qt5-WebEngine. :)
As far as I understand, Qt5-WebEngine does not have "Flash issues". It can support Pepper plugins, including the Adobe Flash plugin (that would have to be separately installed), with QWebEngineSettings::PluginsEnabled, which is disabled by default: https://doc.qt.io/qt-5/qtwebengine-features.html#pepper-plugin-api
Is that what you call "Flash issues"?!
