It looks like the green ellipse is a starting state, rectangle stand for actions the customer can take following the arrows (labeled by how many customers transitioned from an action to the next one), until the final state, the orange ellipse. It is an educated guess. The article says "For more details on the algorithm, please see this video" with that link: https://www.futurelearn.com/info/courses/process-mining/0/steps/15639

Excelent, it's very complicated. I was reading the following documents: https://www.researchgate.net/publication/221312126_Flexible_Heuristics_Miner_FHM but i don't understand nothing.

I was seeing the result from spyder in variable explorer but i don't understand that register request have a number 6.
