Why doesn't all the products on Minifree's website have the RYF certification?

One would think that Minifree wouldn't sell you hardware that doesn't respect your freedom. But it's only the laptops and the tablet which has the certification from FSF. Why is this? Does anybody know anything about this?
I see now on the description of the https://minifree.org/product/minifree-wndr3800-libre-router/ that it's "It’s a completely FSF-endorseable router: in fact, Minifree has sent the FSF a router for RYF evaluation. We are confident that this will succeed, and our laptops are already endorsed."
So there's the answer for the router. And I guess the other products they sell are not products that are target for such certification?

If the FSF were to start endorsing every USB drive, battery, or sticker that does not require proprietary software then the list of RYF products would be endless. On the other hand, it is not so easy to find a laptop, tablet, or router that does not require proprietary software* so for products like this the RYF-endorsement can be useful when deciding what to buy.
* or more accurately, requires as little proprietary software as is possible at this time.
sticker lol!
