First I searched for video converter:
$ apt-cache search video converter
tablet-encode - video converter for Nokia Internet Tablets
winff - graphical video and audio batch converter using ffmpeg or avconv

Then I installed winff by: sudo apt-get install winff After installation, I open WinFF and import file, Select formate and finally click on Convert:

But It opens terminal and outputs:

avconv version 9.16-6:9.16-0ubuntu0.14.04.1, Copyright (c) 2000-2014 the Libav developers

So, Why This is happening? How can I solve error: Unknown encoder 'libvo_aacenc'?
I want to convert video on GUI way. (or I've to troubleshoot via command-line!)

That is no answer to your question but Transmageddon is great for transcoding audios or videos (including into audio only): http://www.linuxrising.org

It is based upon GStreamer, is in Trisquel's repository and has the best name ever. :-)

It does not no transcode batches of files though. I often create audio files from many audio/video files (podcasts and video casts that I only listen to) using SoundConverter. That one cannot output videos though.

I've Installed Transmageddon and is working fine! Thank-you.

I don't know about your problem, but winff-gtk2, which is the default package chosen by the winff package, is completely broken. I suggest using winff-qt instead.

Did you try installing libavcodec-extra?

Is is asking for removal of libavcodec54, Are you sure? (Should I continue?)

$ sudo apt-get install libavcodec-extra
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
The following extra packages will be installed:
  libavcodec-extra-54
The following packages will be REMOVED:
  libavcodec54
The following NEW packages will be installed:
  libavcodec-extra libavcodec-extra-54
0 upgraded, 2 newly installed, 1 to remove and 270 not upgraded.
Need to get 2,509 kB of archives.
After this operation, 102 kB of additional disk space will be used.
Do you want to continue? [Y/n]

It looks like libavcodec-extra is a replacement for libavcodec, so it should be fine. If it turns out not to be, you can always revert to libavcodec.
