WTF: Outbound router traffic 67 times higher than Inbound !!!

I have attached a screenshot of my router traffic. According to that approximate rates are:

Inbound: 300 kbit/s
Outbound: 20 Mbit/s

That is, my outbound traffic is approximately 67 timers higher than my inbound.

I don't have a server, and according to my knowledge nobody in the house knows how to send other than emails and pics etc.

Am I misunderstanding or is there something wrong?

I think you need to check eth0/eth1/wlan0/wlan1 to see how much outbound traffic you have.
