Yubikey neo-manager

I did a search and didn't find an answer. My apologies if this has been asked and answered...

I installed yubikey-neo-manager but cannot use my Yubikey to open my e-mail service. Is there a dependency that I missed? Or do I need to adjust a setting in ABrowser?
