OEM Installer (User part) show Ubuntu name and Logo

While doing some OEM installations I've found something that shouldn't be there.

In the OEM part there is no problem, the installations runs clean as the normal one. But then after running the oem-config-prepare and rebooting the machine, we are facing a (sometimes black background) and Ubuntu logo during the installations with the Ubuntu 12.04 message.

I also had some python bug but since I'm not able to reproduce it, I'll wait until I have it again before making a bug report.

Reading the first reply of that bug: https://trisquel.info/fr/issues/11284 I thought this one might also be critical, so, I changed the priority.
