Please add upstream multiverse package geoip-database-contrib to Belenos. Said package is GPL-2 and is a downloader for the monthly MaxMind GeoIPLite database which is licensed CC-BY-SA 3.0 Unported.

The patch is in leny2010/package-helpers branch bug/ui13927. Awaiting aklis's merge builder fix so I can test it.
