Scilab was removed because of some nonfree code: #10844: Scilab is non-free code included.

It might take a while for Scilab 6 to be released. Besides, Debian has already patched the current version of Scilab, so we should be able to do it too: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=749833

Trisquel 8.0 support ended in April 2021.
Please open a new issue in case it remains on the current supported release.
