ncmpc 0.16.1 broken shuffle

Start mpd and then ncmpc. Press 2 to view the playlist screen. Hit Z to shuffle. It responds with "playlist shuffled" message yet playlist doesn't change.

Solution is to use another version.

Setting this to patch ready in version 5.0. I believe this bug has been fixed upstream.

Trisquel 5.0 Dadga (and later) will have version ncmpc 0.17-1 or later which should contain the fix for this bug.

0.17 works fine.
