Whenever I try to follow the link to the Trisquel Store here http://store.trisquel.info/ I get a security warning.
Specifically,
----------

store.trisquel.info uses an invalid security certificate.
The certificate is only valid for the following names:
devel.trisquel.info, listas.trisquel.info, packages.trisquel.info, trisquel.info, www.trisquel.info
--------------------
Once I tell the browser to create an exception and let me go to the store, I just get re-routed back to the Trisquel homepage.
I don't have a solution, but I can verify that both of these things happen to me as well. Is the Trisquel store down?
Hi! This issue was the result of a couple of changes in the certificates and server configuration. I've added the store.trisquel.info subdomain to the new certificates and changed the link at https://trisquel.info/en/store specifying a port to make it work while we fix the redirection from http://store.trisquel.info to https://trisquel.info
I've also removed the links to on-disk, which stopped working quite some time ago.
Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for reporting!
Thanks but why do the re-direct at all? Why not keep the store up?
Also, in my opinion, the intervening page https://trisquel.info/en/store telling you about and "selling" you on the store is pointless. Just have the "Gift Store" link on the home page take visitors straight to the store itself at https://store.trisquel.info
At the very least, if you're going to keep the intervening page, I suggest you make the link to the actual store much more prominent and easy to find, a "mouse magnet" like the Download button on the Trisquel homepage.
The current redirection is a bug, hence the temporary fix specifying the port. The intervening page was created among other reasons to allow translations and other stuff to be worked on as a part of the Drupal section of the website.
By all means there's a lot of room for improvement, I give you that :) I'll have a look at that section, although the truth is that we have more pressing matters pending.
