Unable to access my phone files Samsung A10e

The phone is recognized by Trisquel. I press allow on the phone but I just keep getting the message:
No storage devices found, make sure that the phone is unblocked and MTP is activated.
Well, it's bee a while but I'm revisiting my own question. It's like dejavú all over again.
Ok I found the answer like this:
Downloaded libhidapi-libusb0 at https://packages.ubuntu.com/search?keywords=libusb

I choose the Ubuntu version that Trisquel 10 is based on Focal
From Download libhidapi-libusb0
I chose my Architecture AMD
Chose a Mirror in North America and Bingo libhidapi-libusb0_0.9.0+dfsg-1_amd64.deb was downloaded
I intalled it with the QApt installer and now I can access my files on my phone and copy and paste files from my computer.
