Unwanted Suspend On Switching TTY

Hi Trisquel Users,

When I take my laptop off suspend and then switch to another TTY, the
laptop goes into suspend again.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Close laptop and wait for it to go into suspend.
2. Open laptop and wait for it to wake up.
3. Switch to another TTY (Ctrl+Alt+F2) and try to start using the
computer.

Result:

The computer will go on suspend.

Expected result:

The computer will not go on suspend.
